Les pays autorisant les appels nationaux et d'un pays à l'autre sont identifiés par le code (CC). Remarque : Certaines restrictions peuvent s'appliquer.
Modification du flux des appels pour la carte nationale Axtel avec numéro d'accès international en PCV
Le flux des appels pour la carte nationale Axtel avec numéro d'accès international en PCV (01-800-021-1000) a été modifié afin d'empêcher les mauvais plaisants de générer des appels non facturables et de harceler les services d'opérateur. Au lieu d'être gérés manuellement dans la file d'attente espagnole, ces appels sont désormais acheminés jusqu'à leur destination vers une unité de réponse automatique. Pour pouvoir être mis en relation avec un opérateur « réel », les appelants doivent saisir un numéro de destination valide. Le flux des appels est le suivant :
- Composez le numéro à l'aide de la carte nationale et du numéro d'accès international en PCV 01-800-021-1000.
- Vous entendez l'annonce d'accueil et les options de menu (en espagnol) du service d'accès mondial de la carte nationale.
- Un script vous invite à appuyer sur 1 pour passer un appel en PCV.
- Une fois que vous avez appuyé sur 1, vous accédez à l'unité de réponse automatique.
- Vous êtes invité à saisir le numéro de destination.
- Pour pouvoir être mis en relation avec un opérateur, vous devez saisir un numéro de destination valide. (Après avoir saisi un numéro de destination valide, vous pouvez appuyer sur 0 ou attendre l'expiration du délai pour être mis en relation avec un opérateur.)
Si le numéro de destination saisi est incorrect, vous êtes invité à vérifier votre numéro puis à réessayer ; après diffusion du message d'erreur, la communication est coupée.
