MCI Canada’s Advanced Business Communications offers IP-based voice Long Distance services to enterprise customers, supported by Verizon’s proven IP backbone facilities, and backed by the expertise needed to provide a high quality, reliable service. MCI Canada’s Advanced Business Communications service uses your existing dedicated IP connection into the Verizon IP network, directing your voice traffic to the MCI Canada "gatekeeper". To accomplish this, an H.323 gateway/router will be connected to your PBX. The PBX will then route Long Distance voice traffic, via IP, to MCI Canada for eventual termination. This connection will support your direct-dialed outbound Long Distance and inbound Toll-Free services.
