Qualifications:
With a minimum of two years experience, the candidate will need to master IP protocol, VPN Network and understand the technology behind the telecommunication industry. Strong communication skills (speaking both French and English is an advantage) as well as attention to detail required. Ability to work in a team environment and constantly learn new technologies is important. Knowledge of CISCO, Windows, Microsoft Office, and data entry software is a plus.

Additional Qualifications:
Incumbent must be a team player who possesses data entry skills, routers configuration experience, ability to guide customers over the phone and a positive attitude.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise for new MCI Canada customers working on installations of many types (i.e. IP dedicated of every speed, Frame, ATM, VOIP, VPN, Firewall, Managed Services, Collocation, Voice, PIP, DSL, Dial). The responsibilities include the overall customer installation management, the Local Loop order management, the CPE configuration testing and shipping, the PVC creation, the service provisioning, testing and troubleshooting coupled with the MCI database management (i.e. OTS, Remedy, F&E, OASIS, NAVISCORE, ICQ, ITEMS).
