Qualifications:
With a minimum of one year experience, the candidate will need to master IP protocol and
understand the technology behind the telecommunication industry. Strong communication skills
(speaking both English and French is an asset) as well as attention to detail is required.
Individual should have the ability to work in a team environment while keeping current with new
technologies. Knowledge of CISCO, Windows, Microsoft Office, and data entry software is an asset.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise for new MCI Canada customers working on installations of many types including
IP Dedicated of every speed, Frame, ATM PIP Managed Services, Voice, PIP, DSL and Dial. The responsibilities
include the overall customer installation management, the Local loop order management, the CPE configuration testing
and shipping, the PVC creation, the service provisioning testing and troubleshooting and the MCI database management
(eg. OTS, Remedy, F&E, ITEMS, OASIS, NAVISCORE, ICQ).
Additional responsibilities will include guiding/instructing customers over the telephone, CPE configuration and data entry.
